Consistent, quality home and community support to our clients
Founded in 2010 with values that are based on respect and the provision of high levels of care, Your Home Care is committed to delivering consistent, quality community support to our clients.
And while we have grown to employ more than 100 dedicated team members during that time, our commitment to always putting our clients and their needs first means many of the clients we gained during our first years in business remain with us today.
Working closely with a number of partners, we have grown our reputation for being agile and adept at responding quickly to the changing needs of our clients and for having a team of staff that are equipped to deal with all ages and abilities, including being able to assist those who have complex needs.
To live the life they want and always being respectful of their choices
Our team of caring professionals are qualified, trained and focused on client wellbeing – supporting them to live the life they want and always being respectful of their choices.
We work with the elderly and people living with a disability and every client is fully assessed so we can match them with a team of Support Workers who are best suited to them and their individual needs. We invest significant time to fully understand our client’s situation and personal preferences in detail which means their hand selected Support Worker Team will be best suited to help them achieve their goals whatever they might be.

What our clients say
"I have been involved in the deaf community and mental health for many years and the transition from the hospital to home with Dave* has been ground-breaking. I have never seen such support, a credit to everyone involved."
"Following a bleed on the brain the team at Your Home Care are helping me to get back on my feet and back into the gym.
I am so thankful for all their support and help."
"Our daughter absolutely loves going out to the library with their Your Home Care support worker. She is so creative and connected with helping our daughter through learning activities such as the library, reading and games. She especially loves cleaning up the whole area, I think she may get a job volunteering at the library."
"As parents of a young teen with Prader Willi Syndrome, we have not found it easy to trust others - and then we met the team at YHC. These wonderful, caring and compassionate people have given us the courage to let go and to trust that our daughter will be ok."
