Meet the team
Linda worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, working on both public and private industry and a variety of roles. After completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2009, she established her first business from start up, Your Home Care.
She is also Director of two additional complimentary businesses, Support Worker Training and Halo Living.
The ability to make a real difference to people's lives drives Linda to deliver high quality services to those who deserve nothing less.
Jasmine joined YHC in 2019 as our Service Manager and quickly became a highly valued member of our team. She was promoted to General Manager mid 2021.
You only have to watch Jasmine at work to know she is passionate, caring and committed to both the team and clients.
Supporting and empowering individuals to live in their own homes and maintain their independence is something that Jasmine finds extremely rewarding.
She also loves that the YHC team works together, with the same core values and clear vision of making a positive difference to every single client.
When not at work Jasmine spends time with her family, attending swimming lessons and gymnastics and hanging out with friends.
Payroll & HR Administrator
Joining the YHC team in 2020 Chris is our Payroll and HR Administrator and has the important role of helping us to find the best support workers who will work with our valued clients.
She understands the compassion that is required when you are working with the elderly and people living with a disability and prides herself on helping to recruit the right people to provide care and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Chris spends her time away from work with her family and relaxes by regularly practicing yoga.
As a Care Coordinator Helena works closely with our clients, helping them to reach their goals and to live their best life possible.
Joining the YHC in 2020 she is passionate about providing high levels of care with compassion and respect.
Helena loves the Ocean, Stars, Sunsets and Sunrises and spends her time off enjoying studying her passion.
Cassandra decided to work in the Care Industry in 2019 as she wanted a career that would have a positive impact on others.
As a Care Coordinator at YHC she enjoys providing care and support to our clients and helping them to become independent and confident in their own abilities. She sees every day is a chance to do something different and to make a difference.
In her spare time Cassandra enjoys getting out in nature, singing, and playing guitar, and spending time with her family.
Complex Care, Coordinator
Having been with Your Home Care since 2017, Amy is a much-loved member of our team. She simply lights up a room whenever she enters and is loved by the clients and staff alike.
Amy exudes compassion and wholeheartedly commits to making a difference in the lives of others to improve their quality of life with care and respect.
Amy believes that the provision of quality care makes the world a better place for the client and while we cannot change the whole world, we can make it better for each person we encounter.
Amy enjoys her downtime reading, walking, and cooking up a storm!
A love of people and wanting to make a difference is what made Ally decide to enter the home care industry.
As a Care Coordinator Ally’s job is to ensure a client receives the best care possible and works with the team to assist people to remain in their own home for as long as possible.
She loves the values that Your Home Care stands for and the team environment that is caring and supportive.
When she is not at work Ally can be found taking long walks with her camera in hand as she has quite the gift for taking incredible photos.
Rebecca is our Registered Nurse Coordinator and joined the YHC in 2020.
As a Registered Nurse Rebecca loves working in the care industry as she sees firsthand the positive impact YHC makes on those that need our services.
Rebecca loves supporting clients to enable them to stay in their own home as independently and safely as possible and gets enormous satisfaction from visiting clients and seeing them happy at home.
Outside of work Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and when time permits, she loves to spend time exploring Australia in a vintage caravan she and her husband have lovingly restored.
With a passion for caring for others in the community who are vulnerable or disadvantaged Michele joined YHC in 2018.
As our Support Coordinator she enjoys advocating for, and helping, people who have no support network or family to ensure they can remain independent and in their own homes.
When not at work Michele and her husband love walking on the beach with their dog, kayaking, and going to music concerts
